Janita + Jonathan | Intimate Mid-Morning Wedding at Vashon Field and Pond {Vashon, WA}

This maybe isn’t saying much, because all of my couples make me happy, but this wedding had me smiling from cheek to cheek the entire day. Janita and Jonathan have the cutest relationship and their love blessed all in attendance to their intimate, family-oriented wedding day on Vashon Island.

One thing that made their wedding unique was that, instead of having one officiant for the ceremony, they decided to have each of their family members come up to the arch to share some beautiful words, hugs, and even tears. It was such a moving ceremony and a powerful way to begin a marriage.

Janita described Jonathan as the Yang to her Yin, and that was apparent from the moment I met them. They complete each other.
